Lemon Meringue Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg whites
    1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    6 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. lemon flavoring
Preparation
    Beat egg whites with cream of tartar until fluffy.
    Add sugar slowly.
    Beat slowly.
    Add flavoring.
    Pour into 9-inch pie shell. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
