Sid'S Marinated Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 to 1 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
3/4 c. vinegar
8 oz. can tomato sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 lb. sliced carrots
1 chopped pepper
1 chopped onion
Preparation

Mix well and pour over vegetables.
Refrigerate in marinade 12 hours.
You can re-use marinade.
