Crabmeat Sandwich - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 small onion
    1 egg yolk
    1 (6 oz.) can crabmeat, rinsed, drained and picked through for shells
    1 large tomato, sliced
    6 Holland rusks or 3 English muffins, split and toasted
    grated sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Combine cream cheese and onion in food processor until well blended.
    Grate onion and mix with cheese.
    Add egg yolk; mix well.
    Add crabmeat.
    Refrigerate 1 hour to stiffen and combine flavors.
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Place Holland rusks or toasted English muffins on baking sheet.
    Place a slice of tomato on each. Top with crab mixture and grated cheese.
    Bake 15 minutes. Serves 3 to 6.
