Crock-Pot Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 chicken breasts, deboned
    1 pkg. dry onion mix
    1 (8 oz.) jar apricot preserves
    1 (8 oz.) bottle Thousand Island salad dressing
Preparation
    Place all ingredients in crock-pot.
    Cook on low setting for 6 hours (do not open lid while cooking).
    Serve with rice and green peas.
