Shrimp Fra Diavolo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. shrimp, cleaned and deveined
    2 garlic cloves, chopped
    4 oz. olive oil
    1 lb. can crushed tomatoes
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. hot red pepper flakes
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. chopped parsley
    1 c. white wine
    1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
Preparation
    Saute shrimp and garlic in olive oil.
    Add the remaining ingredients.
    Cook over low heat for about 10 minutes.
    Serve mixture on a bed of rice and topped with chopped parsley.
    Serves 6.
