Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. (32 oz.) hash browns
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 to 3 Tbsp. onion
1 c. Mozzarella cheese
2 c. Cheddar cheese
1 pt. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. cracker crumbs
1/4 c. butter
Preparation

Mix together first 9 ingredients and top with cracker crumbs mixed with butter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
