Broccoli And Cauliflower Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 oz. Blue cheese, crumbled (1/4 c.)
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cauliflower, cooked and drained
    1/3 c. fine cracker crumbs (about 10 Ritz crackers)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a medium saucepan, blend together the first 5 ingredients.
    Add milk; cook and stir until it boils. Stir in vegetables and turn into a 1-quart casserole.
    Top with crumbs and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Preparation time: 10 minutes; cooking time: 30 minutes.
    Easy.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
