Hollandaise Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg yolks
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. water
    7 Tbsp. butter
    salt
    pepper
    nutmeg
    pinch of sugar
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except butter, in top of double boiler. Do not let water in bottom boil.
    Beat well, over moderate heat. Add butter and keep beating until sauce is rich and thick.
