Brunch For A Bunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. pan sausage
    1 1/2 c. hash browns
    6 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1/4 c. bell pepper
    1/2 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Place hash browns in pan; salt lightly.
    Brown sausage and drain.
    Place over potatoes.
    Put pepper and cheese over sausage. Beat eggs; add milk and a little salt.
    Pour over all.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
