Stuffed Green Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large peppers
    1 lb. hamburger
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. garlic salt
    1 c. cooked rice
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    3/4 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese or mushroom soup (or any topping you prefer)
Preparation
    Cut tops off peppers; remove stems and seeds.
    Leave whole or cut in half and scald in boiling water for 3 minutes.
    Cook hamburger and onion until brown.
    Drain and stir in salt, garlic salt, cooked rice and tomato sauce.
    Heat thoroughly.
    Stuff peppers and place in baking pan with just enough water to cover bottom (about 2 tablespoons).
    Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until peppers are tender.
