Chicken Gumbo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken or fryer
    1 gal. water
    1 c. roux or more (if needed)
    1/2 c white onion, chopped
    parsley and green onion tops (as much as you like)
    salt and pepper or Tony's seasoning to taste
Preparation
    Put chicken boiling.
    When the water and chicken have boiled for about 15 minutes, put roux, onions and seasoning and cook until done.
