Ground Beef And Cabbage Main Course - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef (lean)
    2 large onions, chopped
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1 large can tomato sauce and 1/2 can water
    1 medium head cabbage, chopped
Preparation
    Brown meat, onions and seasonings until meat is cooked.
    Add chopped cabbage.
    Cover with sauce and water.
    Simmer with lid on until cabbage is tender.
    Serve with mashed potatoes.
