Hawaiian Noodle Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. medium noodles
    6 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 Tbsp. coconut
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    3/4 c. sugar
    3/4 stick margarine or butter
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Cook noodles according to package directions and drain well. Melt margarine.
    Beat eggs.
    Add melted margarine, sugar and baking powder; mix well.
    Add coconut, pineapple and vanilla; mix until well blended.
    Add noodles and mix well.
    Pour into an 8-inch square pan and bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
