Citrus Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 container (16 oz.) sour cream
    1/4 c. honey
    2 Tbsp. grated orange peel
    2 heads lettuce, separated into leaves
    4 grapefruit, cut into rounds
    4 oranges, cut into sections
    1 red onion, chopped
Preparation
    In small bowl combine sour cream, honey and grated orange peel; chill until ready to serve.
    Arrange lettuce, grapefruit and oranges decoratively on serving platter.
    Sprinkle with chopped onion.
    Serve with chilled sour cream dressing.
    Makes 12 servings.
