Aunt Millie'S Pineapple Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    2/3 c. shortening
    2 eggs
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    2 2/3 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. crushed pineapple
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Cream sugar, shortening, eggs and lemon juice.
    Stir together flour, soda and salt.
    Add to sugar and shortening mix.
    Stir in crushed pineapple and nuts.
    Drop by teaspoonfuls and bake at 375\u00b0 until browned.
