Cherry Cream Cheese Pie - cooking recipe

1 (9-inch) pie crust, baked
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand milk
1/3 c. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can cherry pie filling
Preparation

Beat cream cheese until fluffy.
Beat in milk until smooth. Stir in lemon juice and vanilla.
Pour into crust.
Chill about 3 hours until set. Top with pie filling.
