Too-Easy Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 to 6 peaches, peeled, pitted and sliced
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1 egg
1 stick butter or margarine, melted
5 slices white bread
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Place fruit in butter in 8 x 8-inch baking dish. Cut crusts from bread slices and cut each slice into 5 fingers. Place the bread fingers over the fruit. In a bowl, mix sugar, flour, egg and butter. Pour over fruit and bread. Bake for 35 to 45 minutes, until golden. Serves 5 to 6.
