Caramel For Apples - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
3/4 c. white corn syrup
1/4 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Cook slowly on medium heat the condensed milk, sugar, salt and corn syrup.
Stir constantly and gently.
Cook to 230\u00b0 on candy thermometer.
Stir in butter and vanilla.
Turns brown as it cooks. Burns easily!
Takes about 15 minutes to ready 230\u00b0 on candy thermometer.
