Refrigerator Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) box bran flakes (with raisins)
    5 c. all-purpose flour
    3 c. sugar
    5 tsp. soda
    4 beaten eggs
    1 qt. buttermilk
    1 c. oil
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl.
    Put a well in the center of mixture. Add eggs, buttermilk and oil; stir well. Cover and store in refrigerator.
    Will last 4 to 6 weeks. Spoon batter into muffin tins. Fill 2/3 full. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
