Chicken Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    unbaked 9-inch pie shell
    2/3 c. diced cooked chicken breast
    1 1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. mace
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Place chicken in bottom of pie shell.
    Sprinkle cheese on top. Beat eggs; blend in milk, salt, pepper and mace.
    Pour over chicken; sprinkle shredded cheese, Parmesan cheese and paprika over chicken.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
