Crab Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 potatoes
    1/2 c. butter
    3/4 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    6 Tbsp. grated onion
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 cans (6 1/2 oz. each) crabmeat, drained
Preparation
    Bake potatoes.
    Halve them.
    Scoop out and mash potatoes while still hot, adding first the butter, then other ingredients and mix well.
    Re-fill potato skins (or put into seashells) and bake for 20 minutes at 400\u00b0.
    Can be made in advance.
    Serves 12.
