Copper-Cooked Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. oil
    4 or 5 chicken breasts
    2 medium onions
    1 green bell pepper
    1 tomato
    2 Tbsp. paprika
    1 c. water
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
    1 c. sour cream or 1/2 c. sour cream mixed with 1/2 c. plain yogurt
Preparation
    Heat oil in skillet.
    Add chicken, skin sides down, and brown on one side over medium heat.
    Cut onions coarsely; add to chicken. Seed and cut pepper coarsely.
    Cut tomato coarsely.
    Add to skillet; turn chicken.
    Add paprika and cook about 10 minutes.
    Add water and salt and pepper; reduce heat.
    Cover and cook until chicken is tender and vegetables are soft, about 25 minutes total cooking time.
    Stir in sour cream.
    Do not boil.
    Warm and serve.
