Hot Beef Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. thinly sliced roast beef
    1 can beef consomme
    1/2 c. ketchup
    1/4 c. water
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 medium green pepper, chopped
    1 clove garlic
    1/4 tsp. oregano
Preparation
    Combine consomme, ketchup, water, onion, green pepper, garlic and oregano in large saucepan.
    Heat to boiling.
    Add beef; simmer 25 to 30 minutes.
    Serve on semi-hard buns.
