Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 or 4 half chicken breasts, cook and cube
    1 box long grain and wild rice, cooked according to directions
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    1/4 c. mayo
    1 pkg. LeSueur frozen peas, cooked
    1/2 c. slivered almonds
    2 cans of celery soup, undiluted
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Wrap chicken breasts in foil with seasoning and bake 40 minutes.
    Mix
    ingredients
    and add a little chicken broth, if necessary.
    Top
    with
    onion
    rings or grated cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
