Fried Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 c. Crisco
    1 egg
    1 c. evaporated milk
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients together.
    Cut in shortening.
    Beat egg with milk and add to dry ingredients.
    Knead lightly, wrap and chill for 2 hours.
    Roll out and fill with fruit.
    Fry in oil.
