Cheese Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 medium potatoes
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    3 dashes nutmeg
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1/2 pt. whipping cream
    onion flakes
Preparation
    Boil, drain and refrigerate potatoes.
    Grease a casserole dish.
    Grate potatoes.
    Grate 1/2 pound Cheddar cheese.
    (Note: Potatoes should be boiled halfway.)
    Mix in dry mustard, nutmeg and salt.
    Then pour in milk and whipping cream over potatoes. Sprinkle with onion flakes.
    Bake in a 12 x 8-inch dish or larger at 325\u00b0 for 60 minutes.
