Dilled Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (20 oz.) pkg. frozen vegetable blend
3 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
1/3 c. olive oil
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 to 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp. dried dill weed
1 bud fresh garlic, pressed
1/4 tsp. coarse black pepper
Preparation
-
Blanch frozen vegetables in hot water 2 to 3 minutes.
Drain and place in glass bowl or large sealable plastic bag.
