Kansas City Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. beef brisket
    onion salt
    garlic salt
    seasoning salt
    1/2 bottle liquid smoke
    1/2 c. lemon juice
Preparation
    Place brisket on large piece of heavy-duty aluminum foil in large roasting pan.
    Sprinkle generously with onion salt, garlic salt and seasoning salt.
    Pour liquid smoke over meat.
    Seal foil over brisket so that no air can get to meat.
    (A drugstore wrap works best.)
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes per pound. Remove from oven and pour off liquid, reserving 1 cup.
    Turn side of foil back and pour cup of reserved liquid and 1/2 cup lemon juice over meat.
    Add barbecue sauce and cook, uncovered, for 45 minutes.
