Chocolate Eclair - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 boxes French vanilla pudding mix (instant)
    milk
    1 box graham crackers
    16 oz. Cool Whip
    sour cream chocolate icing (ready made)
Preparation
    Make pudding according to measurements and directions on box. Add Cool Whip and beat with mixer until well blended.
    (Remember to add enough milk for 2 boxes.)
    Cover bottom of large casserole dish with graham crackers and top with half of pudding mix. Continue layering, ending with graham crackers.
    Cover and let set at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
    Ice and serve.
