Chicken Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. chicken, cooked
2 c. Minute rice, cooked
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
8 oz. Velveeta cheese
2 Tbsp. diced onion
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 cans green beans, drained
2 c. crushed Ritz crackers
1/2 stick margarine
Preparation

Bone and dice chicken.
Melt cheese with the soups.
Mix all ingredients, except crackers and margarine.
Pour in casserole dish.
Mix crackers and margarine for topping.
Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
