Chinese Cucumber Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium cucumbers
    1 tsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. sesame seed oil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce
Preparation
    Peel cucumbers. Cut lengthwise and remove seeds with a spoon, then cut into 1/4-inch cross sections.
