Ingredients

12 oz. white chocolate
2/3 c. chocolate milk
2 c. whipping cream
4 egg whites
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Heat milk and blend in small pieces of chocolate.
Stir with wooden spoon until melted.
Set aside to cool.
Whip cream until stiff.
Beat egg whites and lemon juice until peaks form.
Fold whipped cream into chocolate mix gently.
Add egg whites.
Spoon into 8 dessert bowls.
Chill and garnish with sweet dark chocolate shavings.
