Scrumptious Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1/2 lb. ground pork
    1/2 lb. ground veal
    4 eggs
    salt and pepper
    garlic salt
    oregano
    parsley
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Mix meats in
    a large bowl.
    Put in eggs.
    Add salt and pepper.
    Add
    garlic
    salt,
    oregano
    and
    parsley.
    Add bread crumbs.
    Soak
    bread
    in
    warm water, squeeze excess water and put in with meat mix.
    If too soupy, add bread crumbs.
    If too dry, add milk or olive oil.
    Mold into meatballs.
    Do not fry, just add meatballs to sauce.
