My Best Fruitcake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. flour
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 lb. dates, pitted
    8 oz. black walnuts
    13 oz. pecans
    8 oz. candied cherries
    8 oz. candied pineapple
    3 large eggs
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    In large bowl, sift together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
    Add dates, nuts and fruit; stir to coat well.
    Combine eggs and vanilla.
    Mix into flour nut mixture.
    Spoon into loaf pans (2 large or 4 mini).
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
