Ingredients

2 c. sour cream
2 c. mayonnaise
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
6 c. cooked shrimp, finely chopped (approximately 4 lb.)
1/2 c. each: finely minced green onion, green pepper and pimiento
1/2 c. chili sauce
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. unflavored gelatin
1/2 c. water saved from boiling shrimp
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Cream sour cream, mayonnaise and cream cheese together in bowl. Add shrimp, vegetables, chili sauce, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco sauce and salt; mix well.
Soften gelatin in shrimp water and lemon juice in saucepan.
Cook over low heat until dissolved.
Add to cream cheese/shrimp mixture; mix well.
Pour into large mold; chill until firm.
