Heavenly Shrimp Boat - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. peeled, deveined shrimp
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. diced celery
1 green onion, finely chopped
salt, Worcestershire sauce, white pepper, dry mustard and lemon juice (add to taste)
8 hot dog buns
1 c. grated mild Cheddar cheese
dash of paprika
Preparation

Place shrimp in saucepan with water.
Boil and cook 3 to 5 minutes.
Mix together shrimp, mayonnaise, celery and onion. Season to taste with salt, Worcestershire sauce, white pepper, dry mustard and lemon juice.
Spread mixture onto open buns and top with grated Cheddar cheese.
Sprinkle a dash of paprika over cheese for color.
Place these shrimp boats onto a cookie sheet and bake at 400\u00b0 until golden brown, only takes a few minutes.
