Summer Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean ground beef
    2 Tbsp. Morton Tender Quick salt
    1 c. water
    1 1/2 Tbsp. hickory flavored liquid smoke
    1/2 tsp. onion powder
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    peppercorns (optional)
Preparation
    Mix ingredients together as you would a meat loaf.
    Divide into 2 portions.
    Roll out in sausage shape and wrap in Handi-Wrap.
    Refrigerate 24 hours.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour in a pan up on a rack.
