Pocatello Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 potatoes, boiled in jackets
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1 small jar red pimentos
    2 sticks melted butter or margarine
    2 slices bread (in cubes)
    salt to taste
    onion salt, garlic salt, parsley and paprika to taste
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cool potatoes with jackets on.
    Dice potatoes, leaving some peeling.
    Cube cheese and sprinkle on top. Simmer onions in butter 5 minutes.
    Add to potatoes with pimentos, bread cubes, onion salt, garlic salt and parsley.
    Toss.
    Spread into baking dish and sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven until cheese melts and bubbles (about 30 minutes).
