Chinese Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger meat
    1 lb. sausage (hot)
    1 pkg. dry chicken noodle soup mix
    1 onion, diced
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 c. uncooked rice
    4 c. water (less 1/2 c.)
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1 can mushrooms
    1/2 green pepper, diced
Preparation
    Combine hamburger meat, sausage, soup mix, onion, celery, water and green pepper.
    Cook in pan on top of stove for 20 minutes.
    Add remaining 1/2 cup water, soy sauce, mushrooms and rice.
    Put in baking dish and bake 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
