Spanakopita(Spinach Pie) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 kg. (2 lb.) spinach
    1 medium-sized onion, chopped
    1/2 c. olive oil
    1 c. chopped spring onions
    1/2 c. chopped parsley
    2 tsp. chopped dill or fennel
    1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1/2 c. mizithra or cottage cheese
    1 c. well-crumbled Feta cheese
    1/4 c. finely grated kefalotiri or Parmesan cheese
    4 eggs, lightly beaten
    salt
    freshly ground black pepper
    10 sheets fillo pastry
    melted butter for assembling pie
Preparation
    Prepare spinach as directed in Step 1 of Spanakaopita Peloponnisos recipe. Gently fry onion in oil for 10 minutes.
    Add spring onion and fry for further 5 minutes.
