Mushroom In Garlic Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. veggie bouillon
    2 Tbsp. minced parsley
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. crushed red chilies
    1 lb. mushrooms, cleaned and halved (1/4 larger ones)
Preparation
    Combine olive oil and garlic.
    Saute.
    Stir in flour.
    Saute. Add broth gradually.
    Stir until smooth.
    Add parsley, lemon juice and red chilies. Stir well to thicken.
    Add mushrooms. Stir in and heat for about 5 minutes or until done. Serve hot.
