Potato Sandwich Buns - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c shortening
    1 c potatoes, mashed
    3 eggs, beaten
    1-1/2 c luke warm water (use the potato water)
    6-7 c flour
    1/2 c sugar
    1-1/2 tsp salt
    1 pkg dry yeast
Preparation
    Mix shortening, sugar and potatoes in bowl with salt.
    Beat with fork.
    Add eggs. Mix well.
    Stir in yeast and water.
    Mix well.
    Add 2 cups flour.
    Mix well.
    Add 2 more cups flour.
    Mix well.
    Add remaining flour (enough to make dough stiff).
    Mix well.
    Let rise until double.
    Punch down and make buns.
    (Form like hamburger patties.)
    Let rise until double.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20-25 minutes.
