Rhubarb Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 2/3 Tbsp. milk
    1 c. sugar
    4 Tbsp. flour
    3/4 tsp. nutmeg
    4 c. sliced rhubarb
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Add milk.
    Mix and stir in sugar, flour and nutmeg.
    Mix in rhubarb.
    Spray dish or grease.
    Dot top of mixture with butter.
    Bake about 1 hour at 400\u00b0.
