Mediterranean Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. mayo
    8 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
    6 to 8 slices cooked and crumbled bacon (can use bacon bits, real)
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped black olives
    snip of parsley
    cocktail rye bread
Preparation
    Mix ingredients together.
    Spread on bread (cocktail rye). Spray cookie sheet; bake at 375\u00b0 for 5 to 10 minutes until melted or toasted brown.
