Stuffless Cabbage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. shredded cabbage
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1 can tomato soup
1 soup can water
Preparation

Brown ground beef and onion; drain any fat.
Spread half of cabbage in a greased casserole.
Spread ground beef mixture on cabbage, then sprinkle rice over meat.
Add the rest of the cabbage and the salt and pepper.
Combine the tomato soup and water.
Pour over all.
Bake at 350\u00b0 covered for 45 minutes, then uncovered for 15 minutes to brown top slightly.
May be served with grated Parmesan cheese, if desired.
