German Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium cabbage
    1 large onion
    1 bell pepper
    3/4 c. Wesson oil
    3/4 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. celery seed
Preparation
    Chop cabbage, onions and bell pepper.
    Mix together next 4 ingredients and boil for 5 minutes.
    Pour over cabbage mixture. Refrigerate overnight.
    Will keep seven days.
    May add 1 grated carrot also.
