Chili Con Queso - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 roll Jimmy Dean hot sausage
    1 jar Ortego mild taco sauce
    1 can chopped green chilies
    2 lb. Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Brown onion. Add sausage. Cook and drain.
    Add taco sauce and simmer. Cut cheese in cubes and melt.
    Add chilies and other ingredients. Best if kept in crock-pot so cheese does not harden. Serve with tortilla chips.
