Creamy Spinach - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    2 Tbsp. grated onion
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese
    1 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. butter
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook frozen spinach in a small amount of water with onion until thawed.
    Beat eggs and mix with remaining ingredients.
    Add to the spinach and onions.
    Bake in a greased casserole at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes until center is set.
    Do not overcook or it will separate.
    Serves 4.
