Judy'S Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. raw rice, cooked tender
    1 green pepper
    1 onion
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. chopped parsley
    2 c. milk
    3 beaten eggs
    2 c. grated cheese
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cook the onion in the 3 tablespoons of butter until tender. Add the cooked rice, parsley, milk, and beaten eggs with 2 cups grated cheese.
    Add seasonings.
    Bake 1 hour in 350\u00b0 oven.
