Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
3 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
3 c. grated carrots
4 eggs, beaten
Preparation

In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, soda and cinnamon.
Mix well.
Add Wesson oil, carrots and eggs.
Pour into a baking pan.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
